In 2006, she left snowy winters behind for sunny California, where she expanded her expertise as an account executive, loan processor, and underwriter in the mortgage industry. After a decade in the semiconductor industry selling capital equipment and then managing a customer service business development group, Kim Jade returned to her true passion—helping people navigate the world of real estate. Her mission is to educate and advocate for her clients, ensuring they feel informed and confident every step of the way.
Outside of work, Kim Jade’s zest for life takes her to music festivals, international travels, and volunteering at orphanages worldwide, always looking for ways to build new life memories. She’s danced her way through Montenegro, Croatia, Italy, Singapore, and Taiwan to name a few. Closer to home, you'll find her writing reviews on the latest restaurant she's tried, caring for pets on Rover, and hosting charity events to give back to the community she loves so much through food drives and fundraisers to help local animal shelters.
